Waiting Game

Anyone like the waiting game? I know I don't. My family and I are currently looking for a house. It seems we find one and then someone comes up and buys it before we have the chance to make an offer. We saw one house that I just fell in love with. Four acres and a cute little countried up manf. home right smack dab in the middle of the land. Love at first sight. God had other plans. Someone came and bought the house. I was so upset and discouraged. I kept hearing and saying God has something better, God has something better. I said it but wasn't sure if I believed it...until I saw it. My husband and I, just last night, looked at an actual house (not a manf. home) in the middle of 10! acres!!! And it is cheaper than the four acre place I fell in love with! To my surprise, I like this place much better. The house is smaller but has a ton of potential. Now I am playing the waiting game, again. We now have to see if the VA will approve it. There are some things that need work...but oh is the potential there. If this doesn't work out I KNOW God has something better for me, and he may have shown this house to me just to tell me he can do anything and he really does have something better. Until next time.

God didn't give me what I wanted, when I wanted it. Though I thought I needed it and thought it would be perfect for us. God has shown me he knows what is best and will give me THE best for us, in his timing. I just have to wait patiently. :)
